Our decentralised warehouses and service vehicles are equipped with a variety of parts to ensure fast and efficient on-site supply. Our dedicated spare parts employees ensure that these warehouses are always well stocked. If certain parts are not immediately available, our modern logistics guarantee that the required components can be provided quickly.
We are well positioned not only in Germany, but also internationally. With 7 subsidiaries and about 30 contract partners worldwide, we ensure an optimal supply of spare parts, no matter where you are.
Our process-optimised logistics chain at the main plant holds almost all parts in stock, even for older wash system models. When you request spare parts, in many cases we can deliver your goods by the next morning!
As part of our Christ Service promise, we guarantee you:
- Next day delivery of common spare and wear parts for orders received by 3.30 p.m.
- Delivery of large assemblies within three to five business days.
