The FLUX touchless roll over wash unit offers a clean car wash without brush intervention. As a result, it also appeals to car wash customers who have previously had their vehicles cleaned at self-service high-pressure wash units or manually.

Touchless washing is a gentle alternative to conventional washing with brushes when faced with challenges such as a large amount of sand. With the FLUX, operators can open up new customer groups and extend their service offer, particularly in combination with conventional roll over wash units or self-service wash parks.

The FLUX roll over wash unit impresses operators and washing customers alike with its modern and timeless design. The wash system was designed with the visual appearance and DNA of theCADIS, VEGA and ALPHA models as a basis, and the system shares the functions of those machines.

FOAM SPLASH

Foam is applied rapidly over the entire width of the vehicle and is illuminated from the rear via an LED lighting console.

Here's how the FLUX works

The FLUX starts with four overflows that pre-clean the vehicle. This uses both alkaline and acidic chemicals.

The optimumeffect is achievedwith an application time of 30 to 60 seconds before switching the chemicals.

After this, the vehicle is cleaned at ahigh pressure of 70 bar.
The subsequent FOAM SPLASH offers an additional, efficient cleaning performance.

As a result of the subsequent high pressure, the foam is washed from the vehicle and and the vehicle is sealed by applying wax.

A drying aid using a subsequent drying technique ensures that vehicles are completely dried.
