Our Key Account Management exclusively works on fulfilling our customers' demands - quickly, effectively and with the necessary know-how.

The following functions are centrally carried out by our Key Account Team:

  • Processing of national and international tenders
  • Implementation and monitoring of concluded framework contracts
  • Report configuration according to the measurements of the frame contract
  • Regular monitoring of performance requirements
  • Formulation of customer-specific marketing concepts
  • Formulation of new technical solutions
  • Accompanyment to events (fairs, trainings, etc.)
  • Central project processing
  • Central contract processing
  • Development of novel maintenance models
  • Active unit support in maintenance area
  • Co-ordination of measurements with external contractors
  • Permanent training / monitoring of safety requirements according to SCC and HSSE
  • Regular routine meetings with key accounts for making target agreements
  • Supply of market data, trend analyses, etc.
  • Inclusion during the development of future product demands
  • Fast and efficient eradication of customer specific special projects
  • Central contact person for fast, technical support
  • Inquiries in regards to maintenance and fault clearance
  • Central contact person for quick project development, building modification and upgrade measurements
  • Competent supervision through Level-A-Support
  • Integrated escalation management
